📦 Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Because every item in the Romantasy Love Club is made to order just for you, please allow a little extra time for your order to be created before it ships. Estimated timeframes are:
- UK: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods such as holidays and seasonal sales. We always recommend ordering a little ahead if you need something for a specific date.
Will my order be shipped in one parcel?
Not necessarily! Because our products are made to order, different items in your order may be produced at different facilities and will be shipped separately. This means you may receive multiple parcels for a single order - so don't worry if your first parcel arrives without everything in it. The rest is on its way!
You will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel so you can follow every item on its journey to you.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Romantasy Love Club ships worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines before ordering.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please check your junk or spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Because our products go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible at romantasyloveclub@gmail.com and we will do our best to help, but we cannot promise changes can be made once production has begun.

How are your products made?
Every Romantasy Love Club product is made to order using high-quality print on demand production. This means that each item is created specifically for you when you place your order - nothing sits in a warehouse and every piece is freshly made.
This also means that production takes a little time before your order ships, so thank you for your patience - good things are worth waiting for. 📚
Will the colours look exactly as they do on screen?
We do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible but please be aware that colours can vary slightly between screens and devices. The finished product may have minor variations in tone compared to what you see on your monitor which is completely normal and not considered a fault.
How do I care for my products?
Mugs: Dishwasher safe, but for best results and to extend the life of the print, hand washing is recommended. Microwave safe.
Tote bags: Machine washable on a gentle cool cycle (30°C or below). Turn inside out before washing. Air dry - do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
T-shirts & apparel: Machine washable on a gentle cool cycle (30°C or below). Turn inside out before washing. Tumble dry on low or air dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection. We strongly encourage you to check size guides carefully before purchasing apparel.
However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty or with a print error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at romantasyloveclub@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will always do our best to make things right, whether that's a replacement or a resolution that works for you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if this happens! Please contact us at romantasyloveclub@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?
If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order hasn't arrived, please first check your tracking information for any updates. If your tracking shows no movement or your parcel appears to be lost, please get in touch with us at romantasyloveclub@gmail.com and we'll investigate and do our best to help.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control - but we will always do what we can to support you.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalisation?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping or personalisation, but watch this space - we're always looking at ways to make Romantasy Love Club even more special for our community.
